We are in unprecedented times right now, and clearly the ongoing spread of COVID-19 is taking a toll on the event industry as a whole. First and foremost, we want to take this opportunity to wish you, your family, and team members, health and safety.

Here at Pangolin, we realize the impact this has had on our partners, friends and colleagues. And during such trying circumstances, we feel it is more important than ever to try and stay positive.

As such, we are taking action… As long as we’re safely able too, we are going to be devoting this time to putting out a wealth of educational content for you to enjoy and learn from. This will include new QuickHints tutorials from support department. As well as various live streams and training webinars we’re preparing, to help you improve your own craft and skill set as it relates to laser displays.

Internally, we are also refining our processes and looking for ways to improve company operations as a whole, so that when events start taking place again, we are prepared to serve you, to the absolute best extent we possibly can.

We are trying to see the light in a dark situation and are looking at this down time as an opportunity to improve, educate, and advance our industry as a whole and our operations inside the organization.

On this note, we would love your feedback! Soon we will be sending out a survey asking you for input on educational content you want to see and attend. In addition, we also invite input and constructive feedback on operational things you believe we at Pangolin can improve upon. We encourage you to share your input and feelings, and we greatly appreciate any feedback you share with us.

Finally, we are prepared to weather the storm, and are here to lend a hand! Pangolin has operated in a fiscally responsible manner for several decades, in part to be prepared for a crisis like this.
