Laser Shows at Sporting Events — Lasers are Used to Ignite Seattle Seahawks Fans For NFL Super Bowl XLVIII

NFL Superbowl XLVIII has the entire entertainment industry buzzing, as preparations are being made for what is sure to be one of the most exciting Super Bowl games yet. The Seattle Seahawks recently claimed victory in the 2014 NFC Championship game, and are now headed to Super Bowl XLVIII where will they make their first Super Bowl appearance against the Denver Broncos

As this is the Seahawk’s first appearance in an NFL Championship game, the entire city of Seattle has been ignited with energy as they plan to cheer their beloved Seahawks onto victory, in hopes of claiming the rights to the prized 2014 Lombardi Trophy.

In an effort to unite the city of Seattle for the Seahawk’s championship run, the team at Slick Lasers (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Slick-Lasers) prepared a magnificent laser display which lights up the Seattle skyline with graphical images of the Seahawks logo, and numerical references to the number twelve, which stands for the “12th man” and represents the Seattle Seahawks fans for having an unparalleled reputation as the loudest fan base in the NFL.

Slick Lasers has been running this laser display for the past several weeks, and it really began to take notice last Sunday (January 19th) as the Seahawks took on the San Francisco 49ers for the NFC Championship game. The laser display has drawn so much attention, that it has even been featured on Seattle’s local Channel 4 news.

The team at Slick Lasers (led by renowned laserist Rick Hale) used Pangolin’s new BEYOND laser show software and control hardware to create the laser display. Using the advanced graphical and text editing tools inside of BEYOND, Slick Lasers was able to retrace the Seahawks logo, and display it on the Seattle city skyline. The laser display is scheduled to run until the end of Super Bowl XLVIII
